Privacy Policy

This site collects almost nothing. Here is exactly what it does and does not do, in plain language.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising of any kind.
  • No third-party trackers and no tracking pixels.
  • No analytics cookies and no analytics scripts.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of any personal information with anyone.
  • No social-media embeds that report your visit elsewhere.

Bible Financial is a static website. Reading any page requires no account, no cookie consent, and sends no personal data to us.

Newsletter email addresses

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used only to send the newsletter. Subscription is double opt-in: nothing is sent to you until you click the confirmation link emailed to you. Confirmation and newsletter emails are delivered through Mailgun, our email service provider, which processes your address solely to deliver those messages.

Removal is one step: reply to any newsletter email asking to be removed, or write to us via the contact page, and your address is deleted from the database.

Assessment and quiz results

If you take the Stewardship Score assessment or a study quiz, the result is stored under an anonymous, randomly generated identifier. No name, no email, and no personally identifying information is attached to any result.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) in its server logs to deliver pages and to protect against abuse. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Whether or not a specific law applies to you, we honor the same rights for everyone:

  • Access — ask what we hold about you (for most visitors: nothing; for subscribers: one email address and its status).
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your email address; it is removed from the database.
  • Correction — ask us to correct a stored email address.
  • No sale of data — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is a general-audience scripture reference. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children; the only personal data it ever stores is a newsletter email address provided voluntarily.

Changes to this policy

If the site's behavior ever changes — for example, if a new feature stores new data — this page is updated first, before the change ships.
